How to survive obscurity with consistency.
When I wrote my first book at age 17, I didn’t know what I was doing, all I knew was I was obsessed with the PULPIT (pulling people out of the pit).
So my life started out as a Campus Pastor at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State in Nigeria.
I pastored a fellowship called SOLF (The Springs of Life Fellowship), and it grew from my 2 bedroom apartment to one of the most effective ministries. Everyone on Campus knew we were on ground including the devil.
We pastored with our souls. Prayed, fasted, and gave everything we had.
When I left College,
I was welcomed into life by “Mr. Suffering”,
My season of popularity was over, I was back in obscurity,
I was back at home in Mushin Lagos, Nigeria where I lived for 18 years, my home shared a wall with a club so we had a couple of sleepless nights.
I cried and craved a change in season,
But seasons can’t be rejected no matter how spiritual you are.
When I was enjoying College I didn’t reject the season so why am I rejecting suffering?
SEED TIME and HARVEST belong to God.
This suffering moment is called SEED TIME.
A cold season of life that feels like nothing is working for you.
A season that feels like God is not attending to you.
I will be 39 this year so this means I have been showing up daily for 22 years in different flavors, and now I provide emotional stability solutions to the world.
We all face seasons of loneliness and dryness,
In the cold season of life, nothing seems to be alive but that is not the full picture,
The full picture is that you need to know what season of life you are in lest you start comparing your seasons with others,
I sowed in tears, fears, and obscurity but here I am today as the voice of Emotional Intelligence in Africa.
Talent is half of the piece, timing is the other half.
The SEED, REWARD, and LEGACY season.
What season are you in?
